Sunday marked the first day of fall and with this time of year, we see more pumpkins, sweet potatoes, root vegetables, apples and more in the grocery store and on our own tables at home. Many people love the variety of fresh flavors these fruits and vegetables can offer when prepared properly, but not everyone knows quick and easy ways to prepare these seasonal produce items.
