He worked at the finest restaurants in Italy and France where he became known as a culinary star. He became the top chef for cruise lines where he created the finest culinary extravaganzas. Arriving in New York he opened Letizia and Caio Europa, two top Italian restaurants of their time. Today he is the executive chef of Il Punto, ushering it into the pantheon of New York’s finest Italian restaurants.
