Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Shefali Tsabary reunite to continue the conversation about conscious parenting, and this time, the children speak out, in an all-new episode of the Emmy award-winning series “Oprah’s Lifeclass” airing Sunday, September 28 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network.
In part two, Oprah and today’s leading expert on family dynamics and personal development, Dr. Shefali Tsabary, reveal what children really want their parents to know about how they feel when they yell at and criticize them. Remembering Pete Seeger:
The world doesn't seem the same without Pete.
It's been a sad, difficult two weeks since Pete passed. I've been writing articles for newspapers, recording spots for radio shows, and talking to people on the phone for long periods of time. I have been able to make it up to Beacon a bunch of times to gather with friends and family. I really missing the guy.

It is my desire to be defined by my achievements and my contributions. While I am proud to play a public role in representing the American Olympic Delegation as a former Olympic athlete, I have always reserved my private life for my family and friends and will continue to do so. I am many … [Continue reading...]
