for Chinese, go to www.GoodNewsPlanet.com/fantasy-bubble-spectacle-zenghao-solo-exhibition/
Chinese contemporary artist Zeng Hao’s art has been following Postmodernism’s practice: appropriation, transposition, transformation. Like what is shown from his Door God series to Bubbles series, all his works have the characteristics of metaphors and symbolism.
In his Door God images, Zeng mixed the cultural elements of the East and the West, presented the aesthetical spectacles under the background of global consumerism, which have the cultural implications of intertwining, host-guest-exchange, and even conflict of the Eastern and Western cultures.
His Bubbles series since 2008 are mainly his own imaginations, which transform existing images by exaggeration, reconstruction, and … [Continue reading...]
I open my mind and heart to receive the Divine gift of this day .I step out in confidence, love, and joy, knowing that these qualities flow from the wellspring of Spirit within me. I appreciate the expressions of the One Mind everywhere I look. The words I speak to another befit my recognition of this person as an individualization of GOD. is an importantbiblically derived Jewish festival.
The Jewish people celebrate Passover as a commemoration of their liberation by God from slavery in Egypt and their freedom as a nation under the leadership of Moses. It commemorates the story of the Exodus as described in the Hebrew Bible especially in the Book of Exodus, in which the Israelites were freed from slavery in Egypt. According to standard biblical chronology, this event would have taken at about 1300 BCE (AM 2450).
Passover commences on the 15th of the Hebrew month of Nisan and lasts for either seven days (inIsrael) or eight days (in the diaspora). In Judaism, a day commences at dusk and lasts until the following dusk, thus the first day of Passover only begins after dusk of the 14th of Nisan and ends at dusk of the 15th … [Continue reading...]
I have the devil on one shoulder and the angel on the other with a Hamster running on a wheel in the middle that falls over from exhaustion from listening to both of them fighting with each other. I was asked by my parents to come back home to live, take care, protect and love them till the die. My father died in my arms on April 5th at 6:11Am.When I look at my mothers face and into her eyes and she asks me ”what’s going to happen to me “ She’s 96 scared to death that she will be alone and abandoned as she has been by my brothers and her grandchildren. My whole life flashes before my eyes. I say “Mother don’t worry everything is going to be all right. You’re just getting a little older. Dad left you with this beautiful apartment and this beautiful view of Central Park that is God’s … [Continue reading...]
To those of us who have children in our lives, whether they are our own, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, or students.... Here is something to make you chuckle.
Whenever your children are out of control, you can take comfort from the thought that even God's omnipotence did not extend to His own children. After creating heaven and earth, God created Adam and Eve. And the first thing he said was 'DON'T! '
'Don't what ?' Adam replied.
'Don't eat the forbidden fruit.' God said.
'Forbidden fruit? We have forbidden fruit? Hey Eve….we have forbidden fruit! '
' No Way ! '
'Yes way! '
'Do NOT eat the fruit! ' said God.
'Because I am your Father and I said so ! ' God replied, wondering why He hadn't stopped creation after making the elephants. A few minutes … [Continue reading...]

I am very grateful to have the honor of fulfilling my father's prophesy in 1944 at the Swiss border when the Nazis were chasing us. I was 4 years old and when he threw me over the barbed wire fence he said, "Save my daughter and she will serve you forever." It has been a painful, tiring yet inspirational journey in reaching my goal to have a deeper understanding of myself, my purpose in life, in relationship to the world around me. One thing I always hung on to were my father's words of serving, so I "hung out" with God, asked for guidance, tried to have patience and faith which gave me hope and wisdom to understand that everything is in divine time. You are my voice of hope on earth to ensure that no human being goes to bed hungry, has a warm bed to sleep in, medicine, … [Continue reading...]
