On September 20, 2013, graduation certificates were presented to 11 deserving residents of Paumanack Village who completed a rigorous 16-week curriculum taught by SeniorNet Computer Mobile Learning Center volunteers. The proud graduates began with classes in basic computer skills and progressed to Internet, E-Mail, Digital Photography, Music and more. A very happy graduate won a SeniorNet refurbished computer and everyone enjoyed refreshments provided by the Paumanack Village Administration.
Last year the administrators of Paumanack Village, a low-income section 8 community, decided to sponsor this educational project for the benefit of its residents.
