“Three on a Dime” Synopsis: Carly Cargill, an energetic young reporter for a major New York Newspaper, tries to find her ground of being as she navigates the perilous streets of the City in the late 1980’s. She is also caught in the maelstrom of the often dangerous choices of the men in her life.
