I am grateful for this opportunity, although reporting on a topic, especially the ones you have highlighted, and then asking for a donation is not really a “job.” In addition, you expect the reporter to support the website financially as well? I am a positive person, but as a job seeker this is not really “good news.” I am willing to work hard to secure much needed advertising for your Good News Planet website, as well as help with content, editing and social media. As a freelance journalist with a blog and other available (mostly paid) avenues for my stories, I am wondering..,who are your viewers? You will at least need to provide a reporter with tools to convince businesses and subjects that publicity is worthy of a donation.
