Staging, by way of a new coat of paint, some strategically placed accent pieces or furniture pairings, some new inexpensive window treatments, makes your home look bigger, brighter, cleaner, and warmer. It makes home buyers want to buy it.

Research shows that well-staged homes sell approximately 32% faster and 3 to 10% more than un-staged homes.
