Released on August 16th, Quinn’s easy to read book combines Fitness training, Psychology and Mindfulness (or Bodyfulness) like Quinn calls it. Featuring research in human behavior and fitness, the book explores way a person can exercise in a more effective and efficient way. The author will be signing books that will be available for purchase, as well as giving a brief presentation and Q & A. Admission is free.

Eric N Quinn is no stranger to the fitness world. His successfulfitness and behavior career has been focused primarily on adult and exercise behavior. He’s a professional with more than 20 years of experience and has worked with organization like Adidas Latin America and professional sports teams.
