KRFI, over the past 40 years, has developed Original Ibogaine extraction and formulation IPs with Access for Benefit Sharing of the IPs and the Royalty based private public sector partnership with Biodiversity + Carbon credits for partnering States/Countries that will immediately allow for U.S. trials to begin and is reaching out to a matching fund by Global Mental Health Security Fund for the NYS $300 million Ibogaine Clinical Research Bill.

Currently, active clinical trials are being conducted in Norway, Canada, and the UK. The Ibogaine Clinical Research Act is seeking a global alliance for the clinical trial and drug supply chain security through Access for Benefit Sharing – IP model.

* Iboga is a rainforest perennial shrub (Voacanga iboga), from which IBOGAINE is derived, native to Central Africa. A member of the Apocynaceae family, indigenous to Gabon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and the Republic of the Congo, it is cultivated across Central Africa for its medicinal and other effects. KRFI has identified central and South American cultivars for indigenous collective production under Access for Benefit Sharing and IP registration for the local PPP framework, and In-country coordination for the Ministry of Health Mental Health Program and UNCED.

** We request that the New York State Senate and Assembly introduce and pass a bipartisan bill authorizing by January 2026:

– Allocation of NYS $12 Bn Opioid Settlement Funds for OASIS Commission for Opioid Abatement for FDA-approved Ibogaine trials “An Ibogaine Clinical Research Bill”

– Establishment of the Mental Health Security Hyperledger Security (1) Access for Benefit Sharing – Intellectual Property Rights (ABS-IP) for a PPP framework for secure clinical and supply chain data on the hyperledger dashboard

– State adoption of the Natural Medicine Health Act for plant-based treatment research and veterans and indigenous tribes for health equity by the In-state Clinical Trial Management and Reporting partnership (CTMS-Reporting) for the first responders and practitioner training for pharmacovigilance (Drug – Drug interactions affecting our society) on entheogenic ibogaine and psychedelics

This bill would create a legal and financial framework for New York to lead national policy on breakthrough addiction treatments.

As a guest of her father, she has performed at events with legends Marilyn and Alan Bergman, Hal David, and Charles Fox, as well as with contemporary artists Aloe Blacc, Gregory Porter and Ed Sheeran. She was a featured artist on Booker T. Jones’ Sound the Alarm LP and performed as a special guest on his Blue Note Tokyo Tour. She was a special guest of Jose James on his Lean On Me: Bill Withers Tribute Tour. Co-writing credits include “Live Like A Warrior” by Matisyahu and “Don’t Worry” by Judith Hill. A few personal highlights for Kori were performing with her father at his Songwriters Hall of Fame Induction (2006) and at Oprah Winfrey’s “Legends Who Paved The Way Gospel Brunch” (2015). Marcia Withers Bio

MARCIA WITHERS is the wife of the late music icon singer/songwriter Bill Withers. She oversaw Bill’s career management and as head of Withers Entertainment and the Mattie Music Group in Los Angeles, she controls the family’s publishing companies, and its worldwide sub-publisher representatives. She has been instrumental in the placement of Bill’s songs in countless films, television programs and other media, and played a creative role in many of Bill’s recording compilations. She is the co-producer of The Essential Bill Withers and a tribute show at Carnegie Hall in 2015. Marcia is a graduate of the UCLA Graduate School of Management (now Anderson School of Management) and previously worked for Management III and Concerts West. THINGS TO DO:

1. Montauk Light House – At the END of Long Island, next stop Europe. Go for Sunrise and stay all day, bring food….. There is a great place right there but I don’t think it is open on 2/28/21. There is Hero State Park to walk around, there will be surfers out there. Hero Beach is on the right side as you get close to the Lighthouse. Tour the Lighthouse if open. Donate to it. If you take path next to restaurant it’s cool as well. There is eventually a seal overlook and money pond. So Cool! Bring Cameras, battery, Facebook Live…. Good Shoes. Wear Sunscreen….. People even Surf cast fishing out there…In fact, there are many Fishing Boats at another location Gossmans, if you want to go fishing… If your Bicycling just a little out of town, there is Ditch Plains also where people surf…

2. Atlantic Ocean – Actually you can walk to town in 20 minutes and the town is on the Ocean…jump in! You can walk to Brooklyn from there. Seriously…… Gorgeous Beach in fact after Guney’s Inn a little bit there are dunes down there… cool.

3. Bikes – They do rent bikes in Town. Next to the parking at the entrance way to the Manor there is a bike rack that you can use.

4. From the Montauk Manor – there is tennis courts, so bring a racket and balls if you want to play. Next to the courts on the right side is a path to Fort Hill Cemetery Park, one of my most special places…100 feet after the courts on your path, there is a little sign for Amys Way, take it… so gorgeous nature and I started the Nature Series on PBS many years ago, hehe, no headstones and walk to the top of the hill and you can see the Ocean, Fort Pond, Fort Pond Bay, Gardners Bay that you can hear in Billy Joel Song!

Also from the Manor just walk down the hill, pass the Montauk Playhouse (Americas First Indoor Tennis Courts, but no longer), cross the street, follow signs to Dureys Restaurant bearing right (Actually you will see the train on the left, I always take the train, but with Covid, the Jitney) probably not open yet, but you can walk on this Bay Beach, but its Rocky… but easy to get to.and a long walk will get you to Hither Hills about 10 miles of Woods…or ride your bike to Ecker Park, off Navy Road…. Get into the Hither Hills Park from there…many people MOUNTAIN BIKE THERE..

Montauk Down Gold Course – One of the best Golf Courses in the World, within the top 50 in America… they have a Driving Range which is cool. BTW Pick up a Montauk Sun Magazine, in the Montauk Manor Lobby, I have a Good News Planet Column…. The Hilltop restaurant only serves Thursday to Sunday night. There are delivery places as well, or there is a IGA Supermarket and my roof is a full kitchen. Front Desk will give you a list of open restaurants. All utensils, plates….Pools closed Are there you can put them in the dishwasher. All rooms have a TV.

Gossmans Dock – If you go down the hill make a right. Go to the end, Flamingo Road there is a little village.. Seafood, boats… about 15minutes on bike or a great walk….

Check in, 4pm Check Out 11am please go to the Front Desk, and say you are Paul Sladkus Guest Room 403. Tell them you need three keys. They have your names. You need ID, something that says where you live, if out of state, but I am not sure if that is a requirement anymore…that was a state COVID requirement.

Restaurants – there are many, I love the Harvest, cost some bucks, share big plates, great bread, make reservations.. Gurneys Inn is cool as well, pricy, actually the owner of our restaurant Hilltop, own a restaurant called TALK. Breakfast is Johns in town, classic. Next to Johns Restaurant about 200 feet is great Ice cream, Johns Drive Inn.

5. Lastly, for now, The Walking Dunes. As you leave town, Hither Hills State Park is on the Right, Ocean on the left. You take the new Montauk Highway by Bike, where the road forks for Old Montauk Highway and the new one Route 27, about 300 feet on the right, your first right, after a restaurants, right before tennis courts, make a right on that Dear End. Park Bike and walk the Dunes, which covers trees from many years ago, you can also walk around the Napeague Bay, windsurf, and gather mussels…

Global Walk to Flatten the Cancer Curve

HUGO BOSS Fashions Inc has teamed up with the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation (SWCRF) for a special in-store party and announced the launch of the first-ever Global Walk to Flatten the Cancer Curve. As a lead event sponsor, HUGO BOSS will be donating 15% of store sales during this event to SWCRF. The event took place at the BOSS Store on 568 Broadway, NYC. Samuel Waxman, M.D., Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SWCRF, Stephan Born, CEO and President Americas HUGO BOSS Fashions Inc., and William T. Sullivan, Executive Director, of SWCRF gave speeches during the event. Dr. Waxman and William T. Sullivan thanked Stephan Born and HUGO BOSS for their collaboration. They spoke about the importance of Global Walk to Flatten the Cancer Curve and this year’s 17th Annual Hamptons Happening.

The Global Walk to Flatten the Cancer Curve officially starts on June 30th, 2021, and culminates on July 10th, 2021, with a celebration of health and wellness at the SWCRF’s 17th Annual Hamptons Happening, where HUGO BOSS will receive the Fashion Cares Award. The virtual walk will raise international awareness and funds for life-saving cancer. Participants will log their steps during the 11 days with the aim of accumulating 25,000 miles, enough to travel around the world.

The incidence of cancer is rising around the world and advanced age is the most significant risk factor. More than 60 percent of Americans diagnosed with cancer are 65 and older.

SWCRF, in collaboration with the National Cancer Institute and National Institute on Aging, is leading the way in funding the scientists who are working towards the next breakthrough in cancer treatments.

The broadcast streams from PeaceChannel.com, the only streaming non-profit network that streams news and music about peace and planet, 24/7. The webcast starts at 9 am EST on April 22, 2021.
