Grammy Award- winning singer Toni Braxton; actor, writer and commentator Charles Grodin; and media entrepreneur and philanthropist Ted Turner will receive this years Breakthrough Spirit award. Last years honoree NFL great Tiki Barber will present the awards. Charles Grodin, in addition to accepting his award, will serve as Master of Ceremonies for his fourth year. The evening will feature a special performance by Toni Braxton.

The Childrens Cancer and Blood Foundation, through its support of the Division of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology, has created a standard of excellence in the treatment of children with chronic, life-threatening blood disorders since 1952.
