New Clients

We’re very excited to announce The Wilderness Society as a new client – we will be helping them with a campaign around the 50th Anniversary of The Wilderness Act.

Impact

We worked with our client Catapult, the first crowd-funding platform dedicated to women and girls’ empowerment, to partner with the

Gucci Foundation on an international campaign called Chime for Change. The campaign raised $3.9M through a June concert held in the UK starring

Beyonce, JLo, Mary J. Blige and Florence and the Machine, with all funds allocated to 210 projects in 81 countries through Catapult. Stay tuned for more projects and events in the year ahead.

Highlights

We recently produced a short promotional film for St. Damien Hospital in Haiti. Funds poured in to the hospital following the January 2010 earthquake, allowing it to go from treating 25,000 kids annually to 90,000 but now, nearly four years on, it is facing a major funding gap and risks turning away 25,000 children this year.

This month, we arranged for several notables to film thank you messages for President and Mrs. Carter to commemorate 30 years of helping Habitat for Humanity build, rehabilitate and repair homes. Jon Stewart, Al Gore, Gary Sinise, Sarah Jessica Parker, Lynn Anderson and the Indigo Girls shared heartfelt tributes for a video that will air during the upcoming 2013 Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project.

Thought Leadership

TedX UN Plaza, which brought together thought leaders and emerging pioneers to explore a multidisciplinary approach to Bravery in our world today. Other participants included the founder and CEO of 5-hour Energy, a gold-medal winning Paralympic swimmer, the first woman to win the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature and a rock band made up of three 10-year olds. A brand strategy workshop on behalf of the United Nations’ Institute for Agricultural Development, the “most effective United Nations agency you’ve never heard of.” Other participants included luminaries from public relations, academia, advertising, film, technology and the private sector.
