These transforming principles when applied to your daily life will lead you, and have lead me, to true success and a deeper understanding of life and the Universe around us, especially during these challenging times.
For 25 years I taught these principles with Dr. Deepak Chopra, helping transform the lives of so many people from around the world. I continue to incorporate these principles into my Seton Hall University Course
Zen and Yoga, The Art of Living and into The American Yoga Academy Teacher Training.
Join me this Saturday, December 5 as I infuse these beautiful principles into a Yoga Flow Class designed for Everyone. All are Welcome.
