Lastly, we could not do the 2024 Peace Day Concert in Times Square without the help of many: We want to thank Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine and his Executive Director Mariel Dela Cruz for being such Angels for Peace and Mother Earth. Additionally, we want to thank Damian Santucci and Taylor Vargo of the Times Square Alliance for all their assistance in our Peace Day Activities for years, along with Anne McTernan and Hugo Ayla of the NY Parks and Recreation for their help, as Duffy Square is a NY City Park. We also seek to merge with another media corporation. ROI will be discussed and exit strategy to be discussed. IPO nationally and internationally is being considered.

COMPETITIVE EDGE: Our brand and relationships are built. Over a thousand corporations are on Good News and like us, they represent millions of people. What is special about us is that we are not competitive we are collaborative. We are about “The Greater Good: Your Good News is our Good News! Other companies have been successful, i.e., Buzz Feed, Upworthy, and Some Good News, making millions of dollars, with major investments. Our investment will do the same and more!

CASH FLOW SUMMARY AS OF January 2024 UPON INVESTMENT. The company has computed its cash flow analysis for the first three years. During the first year, the company experienced negative cash of approximately $4.6 million dollars, which is the basis of its $5 million capital requirement. Building the full team and marketing will take time to stabilize, by year 3 ending cash will be $66.5 million.

USE OF FUNDS: Our R&D phase has established thousands of relationships. Funding will help MBC make sales for integrated media relationships with content from existing and new corporations, non-profits, and producers. For example, MBC produced content in conjunction with and entirely on Johnson and Johnson, “The JNJ Care Giving Show.” JNJ paid to produce and broadcast the show on MBC and other media. Integrated content is the future. With funding, MBC will inform the world about our media and create user-generated interactivity and social networking. We are one of the first for branded content. We are opening offices in China.

We seek funding to ensure we have ample resources to serve our forthcoming clients and build the reputation of our brands. Funds will supplement our cash flow in order that we may 1) ensure the smooth implementation of commercial applications based on our assets, 2) protect our assets, 3) promote these assets, 4) have the funds to support the rapid expansion of production capabilities, 5) recruit, train and retain a high-quality operations, sales, production, and marketing staff and 6) Build out user-generated/social network on Good News Planet.

SWEAT EQUITY AND CASH INVESTED: Over $5.5M in cash, sweat equity, and deferred salaries and expenses have gone into MBC. Including $500,000 from an investor Continental Vista, who assisted us with cash and paid positions in his company, with no equity in MBC.

Title Presenter – One year exclusive package of recognition as the Title Presenter for the 2022 Peace activities. $109,000, Priced at $54,500 now, however, as of 8/26/22 we need $10,000 for fixed expenses for our two Times Square Events, 9/11 Press Conference, 9/21 Peace Day. 12 Noon.

Press Conference – GNC will then create our first Worldwide Press Conference in Times Square, NY 9/11 at 12 Noon. A representative will speak for 1 minute.  

International Day of Peace 9/21 Daytime – Representative will speak at daytime for 1 minute 12 Noon, Moment of Silence event in Times Square, aprox audience 200,000 and Worldwide TV &  Podcast, Social Network  LIVE Broadcasts, over 1 Billion. Coupons, Sampling…value $80,000 in Times Square.

International Day of Peace Day Party 9/21 Nighttime – Representative to speak at the event and nighttime 7pm event in thecmt.org, audience 1,500. 1 Minute. Worldwide TV & Podcast LIVE Broadcasts, over 1 Billion

Public Relations/Program Soft Commercials – You will be included in all public relations, promotional materials, advertising and a publicity campaign. As well name recognition and PBS type soft 15 second commercials in all broadcasts/podcasts with your message at the beginning of the shows, on each hour and at the end of the shows for one minute. The exact amount of viewers still depends on who picks up the broadcast.

Audience – Good News Broadcast, est. 1998, receives aprox. 100,000 views per month on Youtube.com/Good News Broadcast. 2. UNIFY will broadcast our event and has over 100 Million Viewers on Facebook. In our broadcast we will also put a picture in picture of their worldwide feed starting in New Zealand to Hawaii, and their partners.  3. The International Day of Peace last year, according to the UN received 2 Billion Views for Peace Day.  4. Social & Print Media – Good News has 30,000 5. We will be giving the shows to the world for free and expect 100’s of at TV/Podcast Broadcasters sign on, aprox. 1 Million.TBD 5.  PBS – We plan to give it to PBS as well and our local community channels, just in NY 300,000 households, but no commercials.  PBS 2 million views. So speaking at our events is effective for them and PBS non-commercial channels. 6.  MetaVerse Groups state that they have 100s of Millions, and we are in discussions. TBD 6.  Print readership from public relations 1 Million.  Total Potential Impressions –   Over One Hundred Million.

Concert – You will be able to have your friends, family and company participation in all activities, Times Square, Celebrity Concert and more. All of your participants will receive Hugg A Plants, huggaplanet.com with our mutual logo on them. Exclusive sponsor will receive 109 tickets for the concert, seating for the theater is 1,500.  Ticket value $1,000 seat. Not to be resold. tbd

Note:  In essence the more money raised, the more we can do to help create a more powerful ACTIONABLE Peace Day and broadcast it.  Additionally any money that we don’t use from our budget will go to more marketing for Peace.  Every dollar will be accounted for as an honorable nonprofit corporation since 2002.  Good News Corporation is working with some of the best production, marketing and advertising companies, that have done almost all the major live concerts in Central Park, as well as The Super Bowl, Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Facebook, Rolling Stones.  We are working with the most prestigious Public Relations Firms, including social networking, traditional and digital marketing/advertising for major corporations and events
