The Israel America Chamber of Commerce held its Annual Conference on October 20, 2010 in New York City. This year, the United States and Israelcelebrated the 25th anniversary of the signing of the US Israel Free Trade Agreement. As a continuation to the successful bi-national conferences held in Washington DC in December 2008 and in New York City on December 2009, this impressive occasion was highlighted in the third annual conference for the Israel America Chamber of Commerce andheld in cooperation with the America Israel Friendship League.

This year’s programlived up to the standards set in past events and a partial list of speakers included:

An exceptionalNetworking Breakfast was held at the New York Stock Exchange for Israel Day at the New York Stock Exchange.Fortunate participants were allowed on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange before, during and after the Opening Bell, in conjunction with this breakfast and Conference.

Later in the day at the Israel America Award Ceremony, Mr. Harvey Krueger, Vice Chairman of Barclays Capital, and Mr. Ronald Lauder, President of The World Jewish Congress were presented with awards for their continuous support of the State of Israel and outstanding contribution to the economic growth between the US and Israel.
