Pause The World – We are featuring once again our concept Pause The World, for the International Day of Peace on September 10, 11 & 21, 2022 in Central Park, Times Square and the World. Previously our 2013 Pause the World event took place at Strawberry Fields, in Central Park, next to the Imagine Symbol. We continue to Imagine and truly believe that most of the world lives in Peace and Love, so we strengthen that message of the “Good People” and try to help those who don’t live that way. Join Us. International Day of Peace & Ecology World Celebration & Party – Global Truce 2013. This was our event years ago. We have had this dream to Pause the World for many years… I feel it is coming true due to the Coronavirus, but this is a sad way, I used to think it would come because there was a hole in the ozone, lately, people question our environmental condition as a reason to pause. The important reality is in our CONSCIENCE, in knowing the fact that we are all brothers and sisters and that we can act for the common good or bad. That we are all connected, including the animal and plant kingdom. And that we should stick together, as one, om, and be honored and respectful of all, as we all are all.

We also use donations to help interns connect and learn about media. Over the years we helped more than 300 interns become the next generation of production people. Here is our Dream. Good News Corporation, our 501 c3 non-profit corp., along with many have organized a grand celebration for the U.N.’s International Peace Day. These “GREEN” global events will be represented by the World, Military, UN and Religious Leaders, song and entertainment performed by a world class cast of singers, speakers and more. NOTE: We still have to raise the money for the events and secure participants.

Admission will be open to all as a free lottery. The show will also be given free to the world media, broadcast, and WEB, we plan on over two billion viewers. PauseTheWorld.org and GoodNewsPlanet.com/pausetheworld will broadcast all content. Satellite and phone feeds around the world will be included in the show, from similar concerts, the war fields, our streets, our schools, and wherever there is a need for a global truce to drop “arms” and conduct nonviolent communications. 2012 consisted of many worldwide events organized by those who care about this Peace Day, which included Elton John at Wembley, England, and a Peace wave from New Zealand to Honolulu, plus 1000′s of other events. WE have a “DREAM PEACE SHOW” of speakers, entertainers, and bands. The Good News is that there are so many who are worthy. We will share the show with you shortly.

The worldwide production budget that we need to raise is $8.5 million dollars. A $2 million dollar worldwide promotion budget needs to be pursued. (Full Business, Media and Production Plan Available). However much we will raise will be spent; as there are 7 Billion people who we hope will celebrate! Park audience will be 60,000.

NOTE: If we cannot raise the funds for major events, we will still create this celebration. “Actionable Practical Acts of Peace” is the STAR of this show, our events will support the need for Peace Acts. PEACE = Non Violence. Good News has been involved with, Susana Bastarrica’s The Vigil for International Peace & Ecology for 11 years at the Band Shell in Central Park we will broadcast it on 9/21 as well.

Our events will celebrate all the people living peacefully. We plan to try to create a world holiday for September 21st each year. THERE IS NO REASON WHY WE CAN’T MAKE THIS HAPPEN. WE ARE CONFIDENT THAT TOGETHER WE WILL PAUSE THE WORLD FOR A CELEBRATION AND PARTY FOR PEACE. PLEASE JOIN US.

I arrived in America in 1962, a young Japanese woman intent on a career in music. In the six decades since, I have overcome prejudice through Courage and Compassion to have triumphed in three fields – international Impresario, oriental medical doctor, and philanthropist.

My memoirs, my lessons learned, are now available in print in Amazon – two volumes with images and narratives of my years of experiences. I HUMBLY REQUEST YOU JOIN MY “LAUNCH TEAM.” I request you jot down a short review for use in marketing my story around the world.

Chris Roe, CEO of the California STEM Learning Network, about the California STEM Summit and how CSLNet is working to jumpstart STEM education in California so that all students have access to high quality STEM education.

Christopher Roe is the chief executive office of the California STEM Learning Network (CSLNet), a nonprofit organization working to ensure that California is a national leader in preparing STEM-capable students.

Roe is in charge of overseeing the creation of strategic relationships and collaborating with regional, state and national partners to rapidly scale innovative STEM teaching and learning across K-14 education in order that all students have access to high-quality learning opportunities in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), the critical fields that fuel California’s dynamic economy. In addition, Roe been appointed by State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson to serve on the newly-created STEM Task Force that will examine how to improve the way California educates its students in these subjects and engage more students in scientific and technical fields, which are integral to the state’s economic future.

Prior to joining CSLNet, Roe served as the Deputy Director for the Business-Higher Education Forum (BHEF), a membership organization comprised of corporate CEOs and senior executives, college and university presidents, and foundation leaders working together to advance innovative solutions to the nation’s most significant education challenges. In this role, Roe worked closely with BHEF’s members, policymakers, and educators to develop and advance innovative policy and programmatic solutions to our nation’s most pressing education challenges. While at BHEF Roe provided leadership for its STEM initiative, which has as its goal doubling the number of STEM graduates nationally.

Roe previously was also managing director of the Stanford Institute for Higher Education Research and the National Center for Postsecondary Improvement, based at Stanford University. Roe is also co-founder of Pacific Educational Group, based in San Francisco, CA, and the Foundation for a College Education (FCE) located in East Palo Alto, CA, an award-winning non-profit organization that assists students of color and their families in attaining a college education.

Roe has authored or contributed to a number of reports on issues of state and federal higher education policy, including “An American Imperative: Transforming the Recruitment, Retention, and Renewal of Our Nation’s Mathematics and Science Teaching Workforce” by the Business-Higher Education Forum and “New Models of Leadership and Collaboration to Improve Science Education: The Role of Business” in Science Education Leadership by NSTA Press.

Roe received his master’s in public policy from the University of California-Berkeley Goldman School of Public Policy, and his bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
