Namaste. The Colorado fire has destroyed 1,000 homes including that of Karma Sherpa and his family. Karma’s approach to staying positive is remarkable. He, Dafuti and their children are safe (this photo is from a local hotel today), which he recognizes is most important.

While Karma continues to teach by reminding us that material possessions are temporary, their home and possessions are gone.
