Is a creator in the truest sense of the word—someone who doesn’t just imagine what could be, but builds it for the people who need it most.

Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Randall’s journey blends creativity, purpose, and an unshakable commitment to legacy. He is the creator of the Kool World mascot, Kooli a character that has grown into a movement rooted in inclusion, confidence, and community pride.

Before Kooli ever stepped into the world, Randall’s creative path stretched across national platforms. His work includes appearances in national commercials and campaigns connected to Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign, DrugFreeWorld.org, and multiple GOOD Magazine projects. Along the way, his impact and leadership earned him recognition such as the 2025 Excellence in Public Service Award, 2024 MILLSUMMIT Impact Award, 2023 DBT 40 Under 40, and the 2022 400 Years of African American History Commission Award. He is also a proud graduate of the prestigious James H. Gilliam Fellows Program through the Wilmington Urban League.

Today, Randall Law continues to lead with intention as a father, husband, entrepreneur, and sought-after motivational speaker. Through K-12 schools, special events, and community programs, he challenges young people including adults to dream bigger, think differently, and believe out loud.

His guiding motto says it all:

“Let’s make the world KOOL again.”

The Birth of Kooli: From Idea to Impact

The idea for Kooli didn’t start as a mascot, it started as a question.

While building his apparel brand Kool Kolored Kid Generation, Randall asked himself: What am I really trying to do?

The answer was simple, yet powerful: change the world.

In 2022, inspired by iconic character-driven brands and symbols that unite people across cultures, Randall began sketching a character. The early concept was influenced by classic cartoons like Bart Simpson, but the vision quickly evolved into something bigger—something global.

During a late-night brainstorming session, with music playing from one of his favorite artists, J. Cole, Randall heard the lyric “Cole World” from the song Who Dat. In that moment, it sounded like “Cool World.” That spark changed everything.

“Cool World” became Kool World—a name that aligned perfectly with Kool Kolored Kid Generation. Randall removed the head from the original sketch and replaced it with the Earth, symbolizing unity, diversity, and shared responsibility. He dressed the character in KKKG apparel, and for the first time, Kooli had an identity.

But the mission didn’t fully reveal itself until Randall visited Nemours Children’s Health after a back-to-school initiative. Inside the hospital, he noticed children who rarely, if ever, got the chance to leave. He walked away asking a new question:

How can I bring the joy, inspiration, and community impact from outside the walls—inside?

That moment turned courage into action. Randall pitched the idea of a purpose-driven mascot to Nemours—one designed to engage hospitals, schools, and community spaces while inspiring kids and families to believe in their own power to create change.

Kooli Steps Into the World

On August 10, 2024, Kooli made his official debut at the 100 Pairs to Give x3 event at William Penn High School—standing tall in front of 400+ attendees, students from four school districts, families, and community leaders. Kooli was welcomed alongside other beloved mascots, marking the beginning of something historic.

Just months later, in December 2024, KKKG partnered with Main Event, Londyn’s Corner, and Ambitious Pathways to launch Kooli’s Corner Christmas Giveaway, serving 100 foster children and their families with unlimited games, food, gifts, and unforgettable memories.

In just one year, Kooli has appeared at 37 events and engaged more than 18,092 individuals—and the journey is only getting started.

Randall’s story and Kooli’s stand as proof that when creativity meets courage, and purpose meets action, joy can become a legacy that touches generations.

New York, NY – January 16, 2025 – Today, Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs announced a transformational gift from the Uehiro Foundation on Ethics and Education to establish the “Uehiro–Carnegie Endowment for Future Generations.” The Uehiro Foundation gift builds upon the Council’s recent project to establish its Global Ethics Hub in New York City. The new Uehiro endowment will create novel educational programs and global-scale engagements for next generation leaders. This vital work furthers Carnegie Council’s over 100-year legacy of empowering ethical reflection, analysis, and action.

“Humanity has never been more connected yet more fractured,” said Joel Rosenthal, president of Carnegie Council. “New ethical issues are emerging rapidly, fed by intense polarization, the development of novel technologies, and concern for the core principles of democracy and international cooperation. The endowed partnership builds on a twenty-year collaboration between Carnegie Council and the Uehiro Foundation dedicated to international convenings, ethics, and education. The following statement released today by the Uehiro Foundation touched on the deep history between the two organizations: “Over the years, we have become genuine partners as ‘the voice of ethics’ in international affairs. The Uehiro-Carnegie Endowment for Future Generations will enable us to work together more effectively, with united strength, in pursuit of our common mission.”

I am honored to add some Multicultural Background on our company, Milestone Broadcast Corporation, MBC. We were encouraged to start back in 1985, by the largest Chinese Media Company in America, the World Journal, to create a multicultural marketing, media rep and advertising company. Haley Johnson is a First Lieutenant currently stationed at Fort Benning, GA assigned to 14th CSH working on the Mother-Baby Unit at Martin Army Community Hospital. Her first duty assignment was Joint Base San Antonio where she worked at the hospital’s Bone Marrow Transplant Unit prior to her compassionate reassignment to Fort Benning in 2019. She is a first generation college student and attended Kennesaw State University in Georgia on a national ROTC scholarship in 2012. During her ROTC career she attended Airborne school and competed on the Georgia Tech’s Ranger Challenge Team. She graduated with her nursing degree and started active duty December of 2016. She has competed in many fitness and physique sport competitions over the years and most recently competed on season two of NBC’s “The Titan Games”. The televised fitness competition series is hosted by The Rock and this season premiered May 25, 2020. 1LT Johnson appears on four consecutive episodes, 9,10,11, and 12. It was at the casting for this show that she met her now husband and they both welcomed a new baby into their lives this year.

Azure Antoinette is a commissioned poet, entrepreneur and arts education advocate. She has been living with multiple sclerosis (MS) for over a decade. Azure will be joined by Board-Certified Neurologist and world-renowned MS Specialist Dr. Mitzi Joi Williams, who is an advocate for living well with MS, especially for Black Americans, who may be more at risk for MS than previously thought.

Azure was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) at age 28. In her early twenties, she began having spasms, tingling in her hands and feet, and had trouble walking. She felt so tired that it was difficult to stay awake, to watch a movie or drive a car, even after sleeping for 16 hours some nights.

The fatigue experienced by MS patients is much different from an everyday tired feeling, and it can come on with no warning. Managing MS fatigue is an ongoing challenge because it isn’t a one-size-fits-all symptom.

Just ask Dr. Williams, who partners with patients to create personalized treatment plans for their distinctive MS experiences, including:
 Feeling excessively tired or weary
 Having trouble with memory or mental focus
 Experiencing muscle weakness or trouble with coordination

In a public service announcement (PSA) launching in February, Azure encourages Black Americans living with MS to pay attention to their symptoms and advocate for their health. She also shares her first-hand experience as a Black woman living well with MS in a documentary alongside Dr. Williams, who explains what symptoms to watch out for and advice on staying active while managing often overwhelming MS symptoms.

MS is an autoimmune disease where the body attacks itself, making it difficult for the brain to communicate with the rest of the body.2 Approximately one million adults live with MS in the U.S., a majority of whom are diagnosed with RRMS. Women are three times more likely than men to develop RRMS, and Black Americans have an increased risk of developing progressive symptoms.2

Azure and Dr. Williams discuss the upcoming PSA and documentary launch – in time for Black History Month in February and MS Awareness Month in March – and More to MS, an educational resource to help patients and their caregivers learn more about and better manage MS symptoms like fatigue.
