She is the founder and CEO/Director of the Center for Advancement in Social Emotional Learning (SEL), where she focuses on curriculum design, educator training, and advocacy for children’s rights and peace.

Little has a background in SEL and has authored numerous books on the subject, particularly
focusing on self-love and emotional intelligence in education. She is recognized for her
innovative approach to nurturing these skills based in the heart, in both children and adults.

In addition to her work in SEL, Little is involved in various humanitarian initiatives, including
International Children’s Month and Children and Youth with WE, The World. Through her music
