If you get caught up in the nets of life, remember to return to the expanded perspective of your multidimensional, wholistic self. Learn to make the distinction of what is human and what is your vaster self, which is creating it all!

One way to relax the polarity bank is to understand who and what you are as consciousness and to the very best of your ability to do so. Even if this is not so clear for you, form a habit to look at your life from a bird’s eye view, especially if you feel confused or stuck in some emotions.

The habit of always regarding the bigger picture can be developed and practiced, so that the consciousness remains attuned, at all times, to the truer and more real nature of your being. The idea is to learn how to expand your self to rise above the human condition. This is to learn how to live truly as an observer, first, and to simply be the witness to all that is rising and falling.

While you are ‘out there’ and looking down upon your life, remember. There is only one consciousness. You are made in its image and likeness. This omni-presence weaves your life and everyone else’s as well. It does not take sides because it exists in everything. It is the active intelligence in all things that we see, breathe, feel, think, touch and consume.

Keep returning to the realization that you are an extension of creation. God, the vibration, is the same as the human. The human is the same as the cell. The cell is the same as the atom. You are made in the image and likeness of your Source, which exists at the most macro level. Your consciousness is part of All That Is, eternal and forever expanding.

Therefore, every single particle of your being exists in in the frequency of pure love. This cohesive bond is so strong that absolutely nothing can break it apart. You are within God and God is within you. You are one unified whole. The sum total of all of your thoughts, feelings and actions is the way that your Creator expresses itself through the unique gateway that is you, as a human expression.

If you get caught up in the nets of life, which is so easy to do, remember to return to these truths. Remember to return to the expanded perspective of your multidimensional, holistic self. Learn to make the distinction of what is human and what is your vaster self, which is creating it all.

Everything is sacred. Everything is a blessing.
