The daughter of Muhammad Ali hosts My Program for Lifes A New You Forever: Health and Weight Loss Family Festival

My Program For Life is bringing A New You Forever: Health And Weight Loss Family Festival to Morristown, NJ on Saturday June 26. The event is at The Hyatt Morristown, Headquarters Plaza, 3 Speedwell Avenue from 9 to 5. The family-friendly event puts a spotlight on health, fitness and weight loss through a series of educational sessions and guest appearances.

Khaliah Ali, daughter of former Heavyweight Champion of the World Muhammad Ali, author of Fighting Weight and spokesperson for Banding Centers of America, will host the event. Other confirmed appearances/speakers include:

Four former contestants on NBCs The Biggest Loser: Heba Salama, Ed Brantley, Bill Germanakos and Carla Triplett

Kara Richardson Whitely, founder of Save the World Workout, Rochelle Rice, author of Real Fitness for Real Women, and Michele Weston, the Curvy Style Therapist.

Comedian Taylor Mason will be performing from 12:30 to 1:30

The event includes pre- and post-weight loss surgery support classes; education on obesity from top weight-loss surgeons; nutrition classes given by a dietitian; and bariatric-healthy cooking classes. The Restaurant at the Hyatt will be offering a full bariatric-friendly lunch menu that includes recipes made in the cooking classes.

For the family, A New You Forever: Health And Weight Loss Family Festival offers chance to win free makeovers, carnival games, and a silent auction. Some of the prizes up for grabs include New York Yankee tickets, a wardrobe from Alis clothing line, and boxing gloves signed by her father.
