May Peace Prevail On Earth International & Peace Pals International Proudly Support Peace Got Talent 2026 Living Peace International is once again organizing Peace Got Talent, an artistic event that shows how music and the arts can be powerful ways to spread peace and touch people’s hearts around the world. We are pleased to invite you to participate in Peace Got Talent 2026, which will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026. The event is organized in collaboration with Caritas Lebanon Youth, the youth branch of Caritas Lebanon, and a long-time partner of Living Peace International. Participants may perform a song, instrumental music, slam poetry, or a dance, as long as it is inspired by the theme of peace. Each performance may be up to four minutes long. The event will be broadcast on the Living Peace International YouTube channel and the United World Project YouTube channel. To take part in Peace Got Talent 2026, please submit your performance video in high quality, with good lighting and clear sound. If you record the video using a mobile phone, be sure it is filmed horizontally and kept steady throughout. If possible, we encourage using two cameras—one fixed and one moving—to make the video more engaging and dynamic. Videos may be recorded indoors or outdoors, including in natural settings. You may include images of your country if you wish, but the main performers—whether singing, playing music, performing slam poetry, or dancing—must be clearly visible at all times.   The deadline to submit your video is April 10, 2026. Along with the video, please send the required forms, fully completed and signed by you as the director of the choir, dance group, or music group. These forms are necessary to give permission to publish images of the participants, whether they are minors or adults. Happy New Year! I’m so glad you decided to take this powerful journey with me. One important thing we all learned during this past year was how important community and support are to our wellbeing.

Today is the beginning of a New Year and a New You! Right now is the most important moment of your life. Right now you are creating your future.

My spiritual teacher Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov taught me that the first 12 days of the year represent the entire year and sets the course of your year…both spiritually and physically. That is why I am offering you this special gift of 12 days of sacred inner work.

Set aside time each day to do these meditations (preferably in the morning) when you will not be disturbed. I like to light a candle before I start to shift my consciousness to creating sacred space, but that is up to you.

I recommend that you do a grounding technique each day so that you will feel clear, centered, strong and focused and more able to bring in and integrate the higher frequencies entering into the planet at this time. In today’s audio, I will lead you through one that I do daily.

Many cultures spend this time in prayer and contemplation. Today’s meditation will focus on appreciation and blessing what we have in our lives. As we plant these seeds of appreciation they grow and multiply.

In the second year, again, no growth above the soil. The third, the fourth, still nothing. Our patience is tested and we begin to wonder if our efforts (caring, water, etc.) will ever be rewarded.

And finally in the fifth year – behold, a miracle! We experience growth. And what growth it is! The Chinese Bamboo Tree grows 90 feet in just six weeks!

But let’s be serious, does the Chinese Bamboo Tree really grow 90 feet in six weeks? Did the Chinese Bamboo Tree lie dormant for four years only to grow exponentially in the fifth? Or, was the little tree growing underground, developing a root system strong enough to support its potential for outward growth in the fifth year and beyond? The answer is, of course, obvious. Had the tree not developed a strong unseen foundation it could not have sustained its life as it grew. The same principle is true for people. People, who patiently toil towards worthwhile dreams and goals, building strong character while overcoming adversity and challenge, grow the strong internal foundation to handle success, while get-rich- quicker and lottery winners usually are unable to sustain unearned sudden wealth.

Had the Chinese Bamboo Tree farmer dug up his little seed every year to see if it was growing, he would have stunted the Chinese Bamboo tree’s growth as surely as a caterpillar is doomed to a life on the ground if it is freed from its struggle inside a cocoon prematurely. The struggle in the cocoon is what gives the future butterfly the wing power to fly, just as tension against muscles as we exercise strengthen our muscles, while muscles left alone will soon atrophy.

The Story of The Human Potential Tree: That’s you
The Chinese Bamboo Tree is a perfect parable to our own experience with personal growth and change (whether we are working on ourselves or coaching others). It is never easy. It’s slow to show any progress. It’s frustrating and unrewarding at times. But it is so worth it….especially if we can be patient and persistent.
