NOLA to NOFO Announces Donald Harrison’s Second Annual Quantum Leap
Music Festival at Long Island’s Oldest Vineyard
Cutchogue, NY — NOLA to NOFO, LLC proudly announces the return of the
Quantum Leap Music Festival, curated and hosted by NEA Jazz Master and
architect of Nouveau Swing, Big Chief Donald Harrison Jr. The four-day festival
will be held from August 14th to 17th, 2025 at the historic Borghese Vineyard &
Winery, located at 17150 Middle Road (Route 48), Cutchogue, Long Island, NY.
Building upon the resounding success of its inaugural year, the 2025 Quantum
Leap Music Festival promises an unparalleled fusion of world-class New Orleans
music, North Fork’s finest food and beverages, and a vibrant cultural experience
unlike any other. Gates open at 3:00 PM daily, with live music performances
from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This event is strictly for ages 21 and over.
A Message from Artistic Director Donald Harrison:
“At the Quantum Leap Music Festival, NOLA to NOFO and I present a wide
stylistic range of New Orleans’ greatest musical artists in their respective
styles—from jazz, blues, and funk, to soul-drenched, dance-oriented jazzy
bounce parties. From traditional jazz and modern jazz with touches of soul,
to zydeco, klezmer, and other New Orleans music. This festival has
something for everyone and will expose festival-goers to styles of music you
may not have heard before, but you will leave loving. You can chill, dance, or
party, as this intimate festival bridges aspects of many of your favorite music
at the historic Borghese Vineyard & Winery in the beautiful setting of North
Fork, Long Island.”

McDonald’s Celebrates RMHC’s 50th Anniversary with Shamrock Shake

McDonald’s iconic Shamrock Shake is officially back at restaurants nationwide for a limited time, but this Shamrock season is extra special! Over the last 50 years, McDonald’s and Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) have partnered to ensure that families can stay together during some of their most difficult times.

To mark the next chapter of the Gift to RMHC® celebration, 25 cents from every Shamrock Shake sold at participating restaurants will support local RMHC families. And, because this moment is all about keeping families together, McDonald’s is reuniting two beloved members of the McDonald’s family for the first time in decades.

Everyone’s favorite purple bestie, Grimace, recently discovered his family’s original Shamrock Shake recipe, sparking a reunion with his uncle, Uncle O’Grimacey. Uncle O’Grimacey will be touring the country with shakes in hand, championing support for RMHC families.

Here is how fans can support RMHC:

For every Shamrock Shake purchased from Feb. 10 to Mar. 23, McDonald’s franchisees will donate 25 cents to RMHC with a goal of raising $5 million, which could provide 50,000 overnight stays for families staying at RMHC programs.

Purchase limited-edition Uncle O’Grimacey merch available for pre-sale beginning on Feb. 4 at goldenarchesunlimited.com, and in the spirit of this campaign, McDonald’s will make an additional donation to RMHC.

Help support a charity near and dear to Uncle O’Grimacey and Grimace by giving a direct gift to Ronald McDonald House Charities or Round-Up for RMHC at your local McDonald’s.
