This is a beautiful time of year with so much to be grateful for. Thanksgiving is a wonderful Holiday for all people across the nation to celebrate.
Thanksgiving means “Giving of Thanks.” It is an action with an “Attitude of Gratitude.” Gratitude and being thankful is so good for our body, mind and soul, as more and more research and studies are showing.
I want to take a moment to thank all of you for all of your help and support for the past 25 years, Living… Loving… and Learning Yoga.

I will be giving the gift of Yoga to Everyone on Thanksgiving morning, celebrating the principal of Giving and Receiving in a beautiful Yoga flow for Everyone, based on The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra. I will also lead a class on Sunday, November 26, from 10:00-11:00am. Please bring your Family, Friends and Colleagues. Look forward to seeing you!
