NEW YORK, NY, April, 2021 – On Thursday, April 22, millions of viewers in 132 countries will express support for restoring the planet by participating in the 4th Annual Peace Day Global Broadcast. The broadcast streams from PeaceChannel.com, the only streaming non-profit network that streams news and music about peace and planet, 24/7. The webcast starts at 9 am EST on April 22, 2021.
The Earth Day Global Broadcast is hosted once again by actors and eco-activists Ed Begley, Jr. and Rachelle Carson Begley. “I was a struggling young actor when Earth Day began in 1970, “Ed recalls. “It inspired me to do what i could to live more responsibly. I began collecting rain water in a barrel so i wouldn’t waste clean water. Now, Rachelle and I live in a home we designed to save energy, save water and save money. And we do everything we can to encourage everyone restore our planet.”
‘I‘m proud to be hosting the Earth Day Global Broadcast,” says Rachelle. “All day, we’ll be streaming news and music about what each of us can do to take care of this planet we call home.
