Reporting by LeahThe 7th Annual Hedge Fund Rocktoberfest To Benefit A Leg To Stand On (ALTSO) was held on October 21, 2010 from 7:00pm to 11:00pm at 583 Park Avenue in New York City.
Close to 900 leaders of the hedge fund and finance communities, ALTSO, supporters, and friendsattended this benefitwhererock-and-roll and acoustic sets were performed to raise awareness for the 2,000 children ALTSOhas registered for medical services. Guests enjoyed an open bar, delicious buffet dinner and had the opportunity to bid on silent auction items to raise money for the children.
This benefit raised awareness and funding for “A Leg To Stand On” medical programs enablingthe charityto provide high-quality care to over 5,300 children around the world.
