Thanks to the efforts of the entire community, the Montauk Playhouse has now been beautifully restored, and facilities and services within half of the structure have been up and running since spring ’06.
Visit the Playhouse any day and you will find a child day care center,
a senior nutrition center, an adult day care center, a high-school regulation-sized gymnasium, a fitness center and a physical therapy practice.
And that’s not all – plans are currently underway for a full-scale, fully professional 299-seat Performing Arts Center, an Aquatics Center with lap and recreation pools, multi-use Community rooms and lounges, and a robust, year-round Education program for Youth and Adults.
