Amateur Night Goes To London Semi-Finals on May 23rd
A few months ago the Apollo Theater announced their partnership with Hackney Empire in London. There were a few different steps involved in the process. Auditions were held at the Theater on March 31st and April 1st respectively. Performers chosen from that audition will now compete in a special Amateur Night on May 23rd and the audience for that show will choose the lucky winners who get to travel (all expenses paid) to London to compete against the Hackney Empire’s talent in July.
