SMPS Canstruction Long Island

Fee: Can of Food to be donated to the Long Island Cares, Inc. The Harry Chapin Food Bank. ~~~ Canstruction Long Island is sponsored by the Long Island Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) under the auspices of the Society for Design Administration. Competing teams of design and construction professionals, led by Architects and Engineers, will build giant self supporting structures made from cans of food on October 30th. These Canstructions will be showcased from October 31 through November 13 at RexCorp Plaza in Uniondale, NY. All Canstructions will then be dismantled and the cans of food donated to the Long Island Cares, Inc. The Harry Chapin Food Bank. http://www.smpsli.org
