Perry Lang came back to his hometown to become a pioneer of urban barbecue in New York City with the opening of his first restaurant, Daisy Mays BBQ USA. He also has added meat maestro to his resume. Perry Lang is a partner in Mario Batalis Carnevino in Las Vegas, where he is responsible for sourcing all the beef and training the staff on proper cooking techniques. Additionally, his latest restaurant project takes him across the pond where is creating a completely unique grilling experience in London called Barbecoa with celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.
