Yoga Shanti’s 200-hour teacher training is an opportunity to open a doorway into self-awareness of body, mind and spirit. This training will include 4 months of direct study with Colleen and Rodney in a convenient online format. This program is designed to immerse you in the study of yoga, enriching and strengthening your personal practice, and preparing you to teach a set of safe Shanti-style sequences. Curriculum will include cultivating a daily home practice of asana, pranayama and meditation with a focus on alignment, flow and inquiry of the subtle. You will develop teaching skills including sequencing, seeing and understanding bodies, and manual adjusting. Your study will also include anatomy, philosophy and the practice of anti-racism and inclusion.
Early Bird Discount: Students who enroll by September 1st will receive a $300 Early Bird Discount! For this inaugural livestream training, Open Enrollment is limited to 50 students, so we encourage early enrollment to secure your place!
Open Air Yoga at Mashashimuet Park
with Colleen Saidman & Rodney Yee
Colleen and Rodney will be teaching 1 hour Open Classes at Mashashimuet Park in Sag Harbor (across from Otter Pond at the corner of Main St. and Jermain Ave.) There is plenty of parking in the park. Important: Please bring your own yoga mats, props and blankets. Please wear masks until class begins. There will be plenty of room for social distancing. No pre-registration (this may change in time). Cost: $20 per person by cash or check.
We are also accepting Yoga Shanti studio class cards towards these classes.
