Due to the customer feedback and tremendous success of last years free Grand Slam breakfast giveaway, to the entire nation, Dennys has chosen to do an instant replay and hit yet another homerun with a new commercial in this years Super Bowl XLIV game promoting its free giveaway again on Tuesday, February 9th across the United States!
The comments from customers last year were touching and so heartfelt; and with the continued state of the economy, Dennys is opening its restaurants to anyone who is hungry for a Grand Slam. No one will be turned away as Dennys plans to continue its kindness to customers throughout the year with other promotions to be announced.
In keeping with the light-hearted theme of last years Super Bowl commercial, the ad will air in the third quarter again this year and will be equally humorous, inviting viewers to enjoy a free Grand Slam while warning chickens that its going to be a tough week for egg layers.

John Dillon, Vice-President of Marketing of Dennys
The Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Dennys, John Dillon is responsible for leading marketing areas that include brand marketing, product innovation and development, brand strategy, consumer insights, merchandising, public relations, and advertising. John has held marketing leadership positions with various organizations, including ten years with Yum! Brands, Pizza Hut, Inc. John was Vice President of Marketing for the National Basketball Associations Houston Rockets prior to joining Dennys in 2007.
