Digital Experience in New York is fast approaching! Toshiba is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its invention of NAND flash technology, and will be at the show in New York on June 21st to debut the latest video in its ‘NAND Flash Deprivation Experiment’ series. Make a point to stop by the Toshiba booth to see it in person!
You can also see demos of the latest addition to Toshiba’s lineup of SD cards – FlashAir™, the world’s first SDHC memory card with embedded wireless LAN functionality that is fully compliant with the SD Memory Card Standard.
Toshiba will also be showing the TC35420 wireless communication LSI that utilizes TransferJet™ technology. TransferJet technology enables large, digital files to be quickly and securely transferred as a download or streaming through close proximity or by simply touching two electronic devices together.
The demonstration will show the instant transfer of large files between a variety of TransferJet technology-enabled portable consumer devices. Additionally, Toshiba will be displaying its new USB flash drives that are compliant with the new USB 3.0 standards – known as Super Speed USB. Initial storage capacities include a 64 GB model and a 32 GB model.
