Now there is help to improve those memory mishaps. A new trend is emerging to encourage Americans to exercise their brains and enhance over all cognitive health. Just like other muscles in the human body that need nutrition and exercise, it is also important that while were strengthening our bodies in preparation for the summer season, we also need to buff up our brains.
