Drop Your Coat Drive- Volunteering Project in Manhattan

The Drop Your Coat Drive is a volunteer project led by a group of 17 young professionals from all of the five NY boroughs. This group, which is standing for a world connected by outrageous love, empowerment and unity, is now involved in inspiring New Yorkers to join forces to help provide a coat to whoever needs one. We are committed to have New Yorkers donate as much coats as possible. The volunteer group has committed to help support a few charitable coat organizations, we are committed to donate as much coats as possible by Sunday, January 11, 2009. Our Goal is to inspire New Yorkers start the New Year 2009 with a great cause, the art of giving. We would love all New Yorkers to donate a coat.
