Dr. Marshall Shepherd, was the 2013 President of American Meteorological Society (AMS). A leading international expert in the area of weather, climate, and atmospheric related sciences, Dr. Shepherd is Director of the University of Georgia’s Atmospheric Sciences Program.

Dr. George Luber, epidemiologist and the Associate Director for Global Climate Change for the National Center for Environmental Health at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Ms. Heather McTeer Toney is Regional Administrator for the Environmental Protection Agency’s Southeast Region.

With a special appeal from Ms. Mikayla Wiseman, Toastmaster and 14-year-old teen with asthma. Ms. Wiseman will share her personal account of how idling buses and cars impact her asthma as well as a call to action for parents and others to help make our air clean for everyone.
