Douglas Elliman Retail Group Chairman Leads Marketing Experts on Wednesday,

“Queen of Retail” Faith Hope Consolo, Chairman of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group, www.faith-consolo.com, will earn another crown as the “Queen of Cuisine” when she moderates “Branding: Creative Strategy Behind a Successful Culinary/Hospitality Brand,” at the Second Annual Harlem Hospitality and Culinary Conference, Wednesday, October 23rd, from 10:30 – to 11:30 a.m., at the Studio Museum of Harlem, 144 West 125th Street between Lenox and Seventh Avenues. Joining her are four of New York’s leading experts in restaurant and culinary marketing: Jennifer Baum, Founder and President, Bullfrog & Baum; Christina Grdovic, Publisher, Food & Wine Magazine; Aliya Lee Kong, Culinary Creative Director, Junoon NYC Restaurant; and Eddie Opara, Partner, Pentagram.
