My FIDF Misson To Poland & Israel – By Susan Silver
Susan Silver was a television writer for many years and now spends time on organizations related to Israel and the Holocaust. Susan participated in FIDF’s 30th Anniversary Delegation to Poland and Israel last April. In a blog she updated thoughout the mission, she writes about her experiences traveling through Poland, visiting emotional and historical sites such as the Auschwitz-Birkenau Camps, the Tikochin village (a thriving Jewish town before the Holocaust), and Lopachova forest, where countless Jews were murdered.
