A rare U.S. appearance by one of Europe’s leading writers. “Peter Esterhzy is one of the most interesting and original writers of our time,” wrote Mario Vargas Llosa. “And his ambitious magnum opus, Celestial Harmonies, is a masterwork. Esterhzy’s reading from Harmonies includes musical interludes by Schiff, his dear friend.
