IDF field hospital in Haiti
It isn’t often that Israel is hailed as a hero in the international media.
But this week, we were proud to see Israel featured across networks and newspapers for the exemplary aid they have brought to the people of Haiti. Despite flying from across the world, the Israel Defense Forces were the first and only response team to build a fully functional field hospital providing quality medical care to those in need.
Jewish Heart for Africa’s mission is to use Israeli innovations such as solar and agricultural technologies to save African lives. In our work, we see the power
of Israeli innovation everyday.
Today, we are glad to see that the world is paying attention.
Israel’s response to the crisis in Haiti has raised the bar for the international community. We are proud of their efforts, and honored to be Israel’s partner year round in using Israeli technologies to save lives.
Warmest regards,
The JHA Team
