Since June 2009 Gottex has enjoyed new acclaim and a new generation of followers and critics, after Head of Design Molly Grad joined the company.

After successfully completing her BA degree Molly spent nearly 4 years assisting Stella McCartney as a key member of both the design ethos, and the production process.
Post this insightful period, Molly then returned to Central Saint Martins to complete her MA in Womens Wear. It was during her MA that Molly was awarded 1st prize in the Prestigious Chloe Award by Creative director Phoebe Philo, and esteemed London fashion Critic and writer Hilary Alexander.
After graduating with her MA, with yet another Distinction, Molly moved straight into the position of Senior Consultant for YSL. She worked directly alongside Stefano Pilati: Creative Director of the international Fashion Power-House in Paris, a position she fulfilled until she was hired as senior designer at Gianfranco Ferre in Milan.
