What: American teenagers are trying to live a healthy lifestyle; however according to a recent national survey and a survey of people in each of the 50 states about their health and wellness, the health and wellness of our community needs improvement. The survey reveals that an alarming 23-percent of Americans (approximately 52 million people!) are not exercising for at least 30 minutes or more at a time on a regular basis, and 42-percent state that the economy is having a negative impact on their wellness choices.
