AlwaysOn’s OnMedia NYC Top 100 list has been announced! Please see the winners here.
We are also thrilled to announce OnMedia NYC 2013 (#OMNYC13) will be presenting a fireside chat with Dr. Howard Morgan, a partner at First Round Capital, and Cory Booker, the mayor of Newark, NJ, co-founder of #waywire, media star, and a potential candidate for the U.S. Senate.
Mr. Booker joins Dr. Morgan on Monday, March 18th at OnMedia NYC 2013 at Sentry Center to discuss his two current priorities: serving the city of Newark as its dedicated and engaging mayor and providing both the content and a network for expressing public dialogue around some of society’s most pressing issues.
First Round Capital is a venture firm that supports the development of #waywire’s online platform to bring societal issues and trending topics to light to engage target audiences that may be missing in action. Dr. Howard Morgan, a partner at First Round Capital, sees the value in the #waywire network, which will encourage the digital generation to engage in positive debates and discussions—a generation from which Mr. Booker has built a loyal Twitter following by reacting and acting on promises made.
We will be taking a closer look at #waywire’s online platform when #waywire CEO, Nathan Richardson, joins the OnMedia NYC panel “Is Online Video At Its Tipping Point of Domination?” on Tuesday, March 19th.
We would love for you to attend our 7th Annual OnMedia NYC 2013 event on March 18th & 19th. You can register for your complimentary press pass here.
