About PeaceNow.com PeaceNow.com is an organization (awaiting 501(c)(3) nonprofit status) that was founded by successful entrepreneur and author Scotty Nathan Bruer, to enlist 1 billion PeaceNow.com ambassadors who are dedicated to being examples of peace and love for their families, local communities, and the global community. The mission of the organization is to build a community of petitioners and supporters that will create the momentum, passion, participation, and creativity to begin a new era of lasting global peace. Through the petition, PeaceNow.com will unite 196 countries to create one family that loves all differences, celebrates all cultures, and honors the diversity that the world encompasses.

To achieve world peace, PeaceNow.com strives to gain world commitment, not from government, not from business, not from religion, but from humankind. Once the organization has 1 billion PeaceNow.com ambassadors, 1/7 of the world’s population, it will gain the political, religious, economic, and social influence necessary to create a profound and permanent shift in the world consciousness, producing significant global benefits from peaceful cooperation and new possibilities that do not exist today. PeaceNow.com ambassadors are citizens of every country who want to achieve peace today and believe the best way to co-create peace is by recognizing the advantages of global co-operation. When 1 billion ambassadors have signed the PeaceNow.com Petition/Peace Proclamation, the petition will be submitted to the United Nations and every government of the 196 nations to demonstrate a worldwide pledge for global peace.

To help create global peace, PeaceNow.com encourages everyone to sign its petition. For those who are able to fiscally contribute, the organization suggests donations of $25, and welcomes larger contributions. PeaceNow.com supporters will receive downloadable items such as a PeaceNow.com Ambassadors Card, PeaceNow.com ambassador pledge with draft United Nations petition/proclamation, PeaceNow.com affirmations, posters, screensavers, an official PeaceNow.com flag, and more. The funds generated will support the extensive outreach program that PeaceNow.com is implementing, as well as the continual upgrade and maintenance of its global online community and presence. The organization encourages individuals to spread peace by committing to:

Peace Ambassadors are able to communicate ideas, meet one another, and provide fresh content on the PeaceNow.com blog, while encouraging one another in their daily lives. PeaceNow.com will soon provide 30 minutes of fresh video content monthly; this is intended to consist of 3-10 minute segments that tell uplifting stories of peace, sharing and human dignity. The monthly PeaceNow.com newsletter will keep peace ambassadors abreast of world news that impacts peace, and organizational updates.
