Dont just grab a breakfast bar or cereal, but truly enjoy your first meal of the day. Whirl up a fruit smoothie with lowfat yogurt and fresh or frozen fruit. Or try a healthy breakfast burrito or top pancakes and waffles with applesauce, berries or sliced peaches. Ģ Two-for-one Lunch Special. Why eat just one flavor at lunch? Enjoy a salad with fruits and vegetables. and add high-quality protein to your salad for an extra boost. Ģ Fajita Fiesta. Add a nutrient kick with yellow or orange bell peppers in your next taco or fajita dinner. Ģ Burger Time. Get adventurous and nutritious with your burger toppings by using avocado slices, cabbage slaw, cucumbers or red bell peppers for your next barbecue. Ģ Dinner Delights. Add cherry tomatoes, pepper chunks and pineapple cubes to your beef kabobs and top it with a fruit salsa for extra flavor and nutrition.
