Dear Friends of Unity Foundation
Unity Foundation is pleased to partner with Values Partnerships in promoting a groundbreaking concert on Race in the United States.
Please tune in this Friday to “Shining a Light: A Concert for Progress on Race in America”, broadcast on A+E Networks at 8pm ET / PT. Shining a Light is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and Values Partnerships has been honored to help manage this effort.
Some of the country’s top recording artists including John Legend, Bruce Springsteen, Pharrell, Jill Scott, Big Sean, Sting, Tori Kelly, Pink and many more will sing songs related to racial justice and reconciliation. We’ll also hear powerful conversations on race in America from Charleston, Baltimore, and Ferguson and more. The entire effort will support a Fund for Progress on Race powered by United Way Worldwide and a memorial for the Emanuel 9 in Charleston.
