Larry Schwartz An entrepreneur in traditional and digital media with Fortune 500 companies, Schwartz has successfully launched startups, performed turnarounds and grown businesses. At New Media Broadcasting Company, an enterprise-level social and digital media platform he joined in 2007, he oversaw corporate strategy and business development. In 2006 he served as co-founder and Vice-President for Strategy and Development for Lat34, an AOL Ventures Company, structuring worldwide licensing and distribution agreements in mobile, IPTV and broadband. As president of ConStrata, LLC, a digital content media advisory agency he created in 2002, Schwartz develops online, digital and social media strategies for companies.
His work has led to 7-figure increases in revenue and distribution for firms in the Media, Entertainment and Technology space. He previously served as Division President of Wordwave, a $100M+ Highland Capital venture-backed professional services organization; head of Global Media Sales Operations with Bloomberg LP; Director of Pricing and Planning for NBC Cable; and with Walt Disney Inc. as Business Planning Manager at ESPN. He began his career in advertising and worked for both J. Walter Thompson and Young & Rubicam. “We’re honored that Larry is taking BrandU and Intention Products where no conscious business education and training has grown before,” Montone says. Jeneth Blackert Blackert has played a behind-the-scenes role to many major marketing campaigns and been trained by today’s top Internet marketers. Over 13 years she has held positions as Senior Product Manager at Dell Computer and Systems Project Manager at Emerson Process Management and Siemens Medical.
After spending years in corporate trenches she left to discover her love of entrepreneurial endeavors, yet retained the desire and excitement from working with business on a large playing field. This was a driving factor in her joining the BrandU and Intention Products team. “Jeneth is passionate about breaking down marketing to a creative science,” Montone says. “We’re thrilled to experience her magic as our Chief Marketing Officer.” Blackert is co-founder of The New Wealth Experience, an online program with 21 transformational leaders that reached 1.2 million people in 170 countries. When not supporting clients, she spends her time with her husband and two kids in Austin, Texas, and is an accomplished yogi. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech University.
Paul Finck An authority on psychology, instant change, and peak performance, Finck brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing, and entrepreneurial experience to the Intention Products team. He is a past mortgage banker, real estate agent and active real estate investor. Finck learned from well known leaders in personal development and business including Marshall Sylver, Robert Kiyosaki, Ron LaGrand, Terry Hale, Robert Shemin, Ted Thomas, Dave Lindahl and Scott Sheel.
Finck has appeared on Good Morning America, CNN, CNN Live, The Jane Pauley Show, The Montel Williams Show, Channel 8 and Channel 11 News, Parents Magazine and most local newspapers in his home state of Connecticut.
