On Sunday, May 12 I was inspired by a wonderful experiment by the Global Coherence Initiative. The experiment was called MOMM or Moments of Mass Mindfullness. People in communities all around our world were invited to participate by meditating for one hour using the Global Coherence Initiative App to register how many people were participating. According to my count 174 people all around our world were registered during this event.

I began my meditation at 10 AM EDST and then Candy, my wife, for whom I am a fulltime caregiver required my attention. I remained in a meditative state while I attended to my wife’s needs. When I returned at 10:35 AM to my meditation I was inspired by the idea of Circle of Life-Mastery sponsoring a Summer/Winter Solstice meditation using the Global Coherence App in June. The rest of my hour was spent in a beautiful state of meditation during which my wife and I remained totally silent. This was unusual since my wife’s dementia often makes her talkative and in need of my attention. The rest of our day my wife was joyful and energetic.
